After ten years in industrial education, Will accepted a position with Ford Motor Company as the exclusive contact for product approvals, specifying and vendor contract negotiations for training facilities throughout the US. He next joined Wright Tool Company where he proved to be instrumental in the creation of a new sales division primarily focused on providing tools and equipment to the automotive OEM equipment programs. In 1985 He founded WIS Associates. |

Neil joined WIS in 2002 after a 23-year tenure with a distribution / merchandizing company specializing in the requirements of automotive manufacturers. While servicing the Rotunda Dealership Supplies Program in a management capacity, he gained considerable knowledge of the industry and our customers have benefited as a result. |

Sandy has an extensive background in sales from a variety of markets. Prior to joining WIS, she served as a sales manager with the largest distributor of apparel in the US; ending with a stint in the automotive production arena. Her primary focus is geared toward our distributors, pioneering new territories and markets. |

Jeff began his career with a body shop equipment manufacturer, eventually becoming sales manager for the firm. His primary focus is meeting the needs of the customer through various channels such as equipment distributors and OE dealership programs. Jeff also provides technical training as well as support for the products that WIS represents. |

Dick has over 30 years sales experience along with a keen insight into the distribution market. It was during a 12 year tenure with Lincoln Manufacturing and Ball Crank that he mastered the techniques required to pull business through distribution. Prior to joining WIS, he established a network of 13 distributors in key automotive segments, pioneered new markets and increased sales by 30% for his two largest distributors. |
